COVID-19 Travel Restrictions

All delegates attending Global Gathering will need to be fully vaccinated at the time of travel.  Being fully vaccinated means that you have finished your vaccine, whether that's two or three doses, and two weeks have passed prior to departure.

Please refer to your countries duty travel policy and arrival requirements into Indonesia. Also check the requirements of the country you're transiting through as well as you'll need to comply with the most stringent requirements that may apply to your entire trip.

Click here to use the Sherpa platform to check your entry and transit COVID-19 requirements.

COVID-19 and Public Safety

FCTG will ensure to the best of its abilities and in accordance with Bali laws that it meets all reasonable health and safety requirements as it relates to COVID-19 and public safety. However, all attendees understand that attending the FCTG Global Gathering is at their risk including without limitation contracting COVID-19 and/or being subject to government restrictions or quarantine.

Contracting COVID-19 Onsite

If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms once you have arrived into Bali, it is your responsibility to isolate and contact the Global Gathering events team or a Global Guardian who will organise for you to take a rapid antigen test. If you receive a positive result, you will be transferred to a quarantine hotel for a minimum of 5 days as per the local guidelines (subject to Government guideline amendments). Different countries have varying requirements for re-entry regarding COVID-19 and the appropriate arrangements will be made depending on your nation. The Global Gathering Team will make all the necessary arrangements to extend your stay in Bali and will cover all the costs for accommodation, flights and F&B during this period.

Please note: Local COVID-19 guidelines can change at any time and FCTG will provide arrangements in line with Government requirements at the time.
