The main travel dates to the Global Gathering are as follows
Arrive Lisbon: Friday 12 July 2024
Depart Lisbon: Sunday 14 July 2024
This may vary depending on flight schedules from your nation.
Flight Booking Process
This year, everyone will be booking their flights during their event registration process. Flight options are loaded within the registration form and most of you will be able to select your flight via live-availability. Please see more information on your nation's flight arrangements by selecting the relevant drop down above.

You will select your flight to the Global Gathering during your event registration. At this time you will have the opportunity to advise any specific requirements. If you have any queries, please contact your Nation's flight team listed below.
Return group flights are included for all attendees. Each region is managing their own flight allocations.
Please note: To travel to Lisbon your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of your planned stay and have at least one blank page. You may be refused entry if you do not comply.

Travel Insurance
FCTG Global Gathering attendees will be covered for Travel Insurance for the period of the Event.
This will be either via a Company policy or via individual travel policies and will vary from country to country. Details on your Travel Insurance will be provided prior to departure but if you have any questions in the meantime, please contact your local Flight Manager.

The Covermore FCTG (AU/NZ) policy covers some pre-existing medical conditions (see page 9-12 of the PDS). It is your responsibility to check if a medical condition is covered under the FCTG policy. Any questions relating to medical conditions or if you require additional cover (an assessment will need to be completed), please email selena.byrnes@flightcentre.com.au.
If you do not qualify to be covered under the FCTG staff insurance policy please contact Travelwise (travelwise@flightcentre.com) who can assist with offering a discount off a personal policy.
