Flight Information for UK

Travel dates to The Global Gathering are as follows:

MAIN DATE GROUP FLIGHTS

Depart UK: Friday 12 July
Depart Lisbon: Sunday 14 July 

Group Flights

This year for main date travel there are THREE (3) group blocks from London Airports (Gatwick, Luton & Heathrow). Domestic travel to London from anywhere south of Manchester must be booked on the Duty Travel Portal.

Group Blocks are ECONOMY class only, there are no group seats in premium economy or business class. 
Due to peak season in Europe group blocks are return flights only i.e cannot book one direction flight from group blocks.

Deviations from Group Blocks / Changes to Group Blocks  

There are a limited number of changes permitted on the Group Blocks and changes will be managed on a request basis subject to availability.

Any applicable fare difference and a change fee will be charged and calculated based on availability at the time of request to the airline. 

Regional flights to Lisbon from – Manchester, Newcastle and Scotland ONLY

Please advise your preferred departure point on your registration by selecting OTHER AIRPORT.

Domestic flights or rail to London

Must be booked on the FCM Duty Travel Portal and IF you require accommodation at an airport hotel. Please select one of the group London flights on your registration and book domestic travel via the travel portal.

Seating and Frequent Flyer Memberships  

For preferred seating where payment is required you will need to manage this directly on the airline's website via Manage Booking.

Own Arrangements / Extensions  

For those who require different flights to the existing GG group blocks being held or outside the main dates for regional departures, select OWN ARRANGEMENT in the flight section. You will need to provide information in your registration so the GG team can manage your request.

You will not be reimbursed for flights if you book and ticket your own booking through another channel without approval. Approval is required from the Global Gathering team.
 
No reimbursement will be made for individuals travelling economy point to point on dates that we are currently holding group seats (unless prior authorisation).  

Changes to bookings after registration

Changes are NOT permitted after your registration has been completed.

Changes to Group Blocks AFTER departure are NOT permitted.
