The Diocese of Parramatta is heading to the Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF) from 30 November to 2 December 2025 — and we’d love for you to come with us!
What is ACYF?
 
ACYF is a national gathering of young Catholics from Year 10 to age 25. It’s a chance to:
  • Deepen your relationship with Jesus
  • Be inspired to live out your faith
  • Connect with thousands of other young people
  • Celebrate the richness of the Catholic Church in Australia
You’ll experience live music, engaging workshops, powerful speakers, prayer, and more.
How to Register – Two Steps
 
To join the Parramatta pilgrimage, you’ll need to complete two separate registrations:
 
Step 1: Purchase Your ACYF Festival Ticket
 
This ticket gives you access to all ACYF events and sessions.
  • Must be purchased separately through the official ACYF website
  • Deadline: 30 October 2025 (unless sold out earlier)
  • Link: ACYF Ticket Registration
  • Once compete, upload the ticket confirmation to this travel site
Step 2: Register with the Diocese of Parramatta
 
This form allows us to organise your flights, accommodation, and group activities:
  • Open to young adults 18 and over
  • Students in Years 10–12 should speak to their school REC (Religious Education Coordinator) to get involved
  • Deadline and Deposit Due: Monday, 15 September 2025
  • Deposits are non-refundable
What’s Included in the Price:
  • Return flights to and from Melbourne
  • Return airport to accommodation transfers
  • Hotel accommodation
  • Breakfast each morning at the hotel
  • A Catholic Youth Parramatta (CYP) shirt
What’s Not Included:
  • Travel insurance (you must have insurance to travel with us; you are responsible to pay for your insurance)
  • Your ACYF festival ticket (see Step 1 below)
  • All other meals (lunches, dinners, snacks, etc.)
