- Superior Room, 1 King Bed $349.00 per room per night (room only)
- Interconnecting rooms: Please reserve two King Superior Bay View Rooms and email the hotel on Yeuli.JEONG@sofitel.com to confirm booking.
- Rates are based on room only. Breakfast is available in No35 Restaurant, if you prebook online it is an additional $35.00 per person, however if you don't, it will be charged on consumption to the individual guest at $50.00 per person.
- Upgraded rooms are available, you can select upgrades for the main dates (In: Thu 4 June, Out: Sat 6 June) via the hotel link.

Booking Accommodation
Accommodation will be booked directly with the hotel via the provided link post registration to attain the conference rate. The following information will be required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation:
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Room type
- Guest’s name
- Guest address
- Guests email
- Guests phone number
- Credit card details
- Any other special details
- Accommodation will be registered on the hotel’s online booking system for guests to book and pay for their accommodation at the provided rates.
- The Hotel requires payment method to be identified by delegates at the time of booking. A valid credit card will be required to guarantee the booking. A proforma invoice will be provided upon request after successful payment of accommodation within 7 days before check-in.
- Upon completion of the Event and services have been rendered, a Tax Invoice can only be raised on final payment.
Guest Cancellation Policy and No-Shows
Accommodation cancellations must be made by 11:59pm Hotel time 7 Days before arrival or full cancellation fees apply. If you have any questions regarding the above terms and conditions, please contact the Dulux Accredited Painter Conference team immediately at duluxaccredited@fcmtravel.com.au.
Registration cancellations received after Friday 1 May 2026 will forfeit any monies paid unless recoverable from suppliers, charges debited to their Dulux Trade Account.
