Transfers
MELBOURNE
Return coach transfers will be provided to and from Melbourne airport for the conference group flights only (10 and 12 December). Should you deviate from these dates or flights, you will be responsible to make your way to and from the airport to the hotel.
HOME PORT
The leadership team have approved any uber/taxis to and from the airport in your home port and we would encourage carpooling and sharing where possible.

Accommodation has been arranged* at Crown Promenade for the duration of the conference.*It is our preference Melbourne staff stay with the group, however if you wish to return home at night, please let us know that you won't require accommodation by selecting the "No Acccomodation Required" button below.
Before submitting your request for a share partner, please check and confirm your share partner has also nominated you. Please provide your share partners name as per their employment with FCTG. If there are discrepancies with your share partner, you may be allocated someone else without prior notice. Hotel allocations will be confirmed in the final confirmation email which will be sent out two weeks before the conference.
Single Supplements
Please note that single supplements are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be based on a first come first serve basis. The single supplement cost is $270 inc GST per room per night. Should you wish to secure this, please follow the steps below and select 'Single Room'. Payment will be taken before registration can be confirmed.

Please enter your credit card details to guarantee incidental costs and accommodation extensions.
If the above single room allocation is full, please provide your request in the box below. These will be action based on 'first in, first served.'
Pre and Post
Crown Promenade have kindly extended their corporate rate for anyone wishing to book pre and post conference. The costs are as follows:
Single / Twin Room including one breakfast: $300 inc GST*
Single / Twin Room including two breakfasts: $330 inc GST*
*Friday and Saturday rates pre the event will be an extra $100 inc GST per room per night due to high demand at the hotel
If you have approval from your Leader for changes to the check in and check out dates above, please select the two nights above and add change details in the below text box. Please note this approval must be sent from your leader on the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Accommodation
- Single supplement fees and extension accommodation costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for settling your personal incidentals upon check-out.
Flights
- The name you have provided in your registration must match the name as per your photo ID. Any costs associated with name changes will be at your own expense.
- Any flight changes after ticketing will incur a $100 change fee + any fare differences and airline fees.
- Changes to your ticket are not accepted within two business days of your departure.
Travel Insurance
- Where applicable, FCTG attendees will be covered for Travel Insurance for the period of the conference. This will be either via a Company policy or via individual travel policies and will vary from country to country. Details on your Travel Insurance will be provided prior to departure but if you have any questions in the meantime, please contact the registration team.
Photography/Videography
- You may appear in photos/videos taken from the event that could be shared and published online.
Cancellations
- Cancellations of attendance must be advised by emailing the SOTA team on the event email address below.
