Flight Change Request

If you would like to extend your stay pre or post the conference, FCM Meetings & Events can assist with changing your flights to match your preferred travel dates/times.

All extension flights and costs will be communicated to you and will not be confirmed until your written approval has been received. Note: Any additional fare or tax difference above the group flight cost will be at your own expense. All change requests must remain with the above airline, otherwise you will be responsible for the full cost of the new ticket.

  • Please be advised that all conference fees are non-refundable unless specified by an authorised Finsure representative.
  • Your credit card details are required to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay such as telephone calls and minibar consumption. Your credit card details will be securely sent to the hotel prior to your arrival to help facilitate a speedy check-in process upon arrival at the hotel.
  • If any extension nights are booked through the hotel portal, you will be liable for cancellation fees within 14 days of booking.
  • Full cancellation fees apply if cancelled within 14 days of the booking.

Payment

Please note that you can choose to pay the entire registration cost upfront (full payment) or elect to pay only the initial deposit and the remaining balance via your commissions by selecting the registration type in the beginning of the form.
 
To pay the registration cost by commission payment plan

The commission payment plan consists of deposit via credit card, followed by three equal commission payments which will be deducted from your end of month commission run.
 
Your registration is not complete until your payment has been processed, and you arrive at the Thank You page.
