Please register your attendance by completing this form. The details provided will be used to make the relevant event and/or travel bookings on your behalf so please ensure your details are entered correctly.

Registration Deadline

To secure your flights, accommodation and registration, please register prior to Friday, 31st July 2026. Additional fees may apply to register post this date and places are limited. 

Please select from the below options that best suits your attendance to the Inspire Summit. Please note: this registration is for one (1) broker and one (1) guest for social functions. If they are also a broker and wish to attend the whole event (including summit sessions), they will need to fill out a separate registration form.  

• One additional night at the Westin Perth (incl. buffet breakfast for one)
• Private charter boat to/from Rottnest Island
• Half day at Samphire Rottnest Island featuring:
  •     Refreshing drinks and snacks
  •     Options to explore the beautiful Rottnest Island
  •     Or simply relax with a beachside massage
  •     Dinner and drinks wrap up the day, then see the sunset as you depart back to Perth
• Airport transfers for a seamless departure
• Access to discounted accommodation extension rates

Spots are strictly limited, so be sure to secure yours early!

If you would like to extend your stay pre or post the conference, FCM Meetings & Events can assist with changing your flights to match your preferred travel dates/times. 

All changes to flights and any additional costs will be communicated to you; and will not be confirmed until your written approval and full payment for the change has been received. 

To process on your change request, please include as much information as possible including:

• Preferred dates of travel
• Preferred flight number or departure time

Onsite secure parking is available through our concierge with current valet parking charged From $70.00 per vehicle per day.

Please note: The height restriction is 2.2 meters.

Accommodation is at Westin Perth. Each room includes breakfast for one adult for the days you are attending the conference/retreat. Additional breakfast will be $30.00 per person per night. All additional charges/inclusions are subject to availability. For additional adults & crib/additional rollaway, please note this in the special requirements box below, fees may apply.

If you would like assistance with additional family members flights, additional tours, extension accommodation etc please provide a brief understanding on what you want to do below, including how many people for (if kids how many kids and their ages at time of travel), where you want to stay (if known), if you are interested in tours etc, the more information the better.

Please note these additions outside the conference will be paid through Corporate Benefits and invoiced separately (including any travel insurance purchases), unless extending at the hotel via the special offer below, which is a direct booking with the hotel.

If you would like to extend your accommodation at the Westin Perth prior to Inspire Summit, the hotel has provided an exclusive rate for Finsure.

Please note that two separate bookings are required if you plan to stay both before and after the event.

• Please be advised that all conference fees are non-refundable unless specified by an authorised Finsure representative.
• A valid credit card is required to cover any incidental expenses incurred during your stay. Your card details will be securely provided to the hotel prior to arrival to assist with a seamless check-in process. Any outstanding incidental charges not settled upon departure may be charged to the card on file.
• Please note that any extension nights booked through the hotel booking portal are subject to the hotel's individual cancellation policy. Full cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made within 31 days of arrival.
