Flights

Global Gathering Partners are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Bangkok.

You will be asked to input your confirmed flights below; this is so we can ensure your accommodation aligns with your arrival date. If you have not booked your flights, you will have the opportunity to log back into your registration at a later date and provide these details.

Please note: Transfers will be provided for Global Gathering events where applicable.

Airport Transfers

Transfers to and from the airport will be at your own expense. There are a number of options available, such as Grab, airport shuttles and chauffeured cars. Please note: Thai Taxi drivers may not speak English, and many will only accept cash. More information on this will be provided in your final confirmation.

Single room accommodation will be provided for all Partners at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River. The duration of your included stay is based on your sponsorship package and is listed below.

Additional or Amended Accommodation Requests

If you require additional accommodation nights beyond what is included in your package, please enter your request in the 'Additional or Amended Accommodation Request' box below. We will get in touch to update and finalise your accommodation arrangements.

Hotel Check-In/Out 

The standard hotel check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out is 12.00pm. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out to your room, we recommend that you book additional nights as per the process above.
