FLIGHTS
Global Gathering Partners are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Bangkok.
- Please refer to the Package Inclusions page to ensure your flights align with the official event dates.
- If you plan to stay longer or attend events outside the main program dates, you may request additional accommodation via the registration site (see the Accommodation tab for details).
- During registration, you will be asked to enter your flight details so accommodation can be aligned with your arrival.
- If flights are not yet booked, you can log back into your registration at a later date to update this information.
TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers
Partners are responsible for arranging their own airport transfers.

VISA INFORMATION
You may require a visa for entry into Thailand, depending on the passport you will be travelling on. Currently, citizens of 93 countries are eligible for visa exemption entry.

Your passport must:
- Be valid for at least 6 months from the end of your planned stay
- Have at least one blank page
- Be in pristine condition with no damage
Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of entry.
Mandatory Arrival Card
All travellers to Thailand are required to apply for the mandatory Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within 3 days prior to arrival, including the day of arrival. The TDAC can be applied here free of charge.
