Accommodation bookings are managed by FCM Meetings & Events and is captured in the online registration form.
Payment
Payment for your Meeting accommodation room nights and daily breakfast will be covered by Alcon.
Additional accommodation and all incidental charges (e.g. room service, movies, minibar, etc) are to be settled directly with the hotel at the time of check-out. Please ensure you settle these charges using your personal credit card.

Parking
Car parking is available for any attendees driving from within South-East Queensland or Northern New South Wales.
Car parking is accessible via Secure Parking, entry via Hanlan Street. A discounted overnight rate is $18 per day. Please see Hotel Reception to validate your parking ticket prior to departure and settle this cost via your T & E card.
Arrival Flight
Registration will open on Monday 9 May at 11.30am and Lunch will commence at 12.00pm.
All flights booked, must arrive into Gold Coast airport by 10.00am on Monday 9 May to allow for transfers to the venue, accommodating for traffic and delays.
Departure Flight
The Mid-Years Sales Meeting concludes on Friday 13 May at 12.00pm, followed by Grab & Go lunch.
Return flights must depart after 2:00pm to allow for any program delays and unpredictable traffic.
Important: Any changes made to your flights that will affect your accommodation booking, please notify the Mid-Year Sales Meeting 2022 Registration Team at FCM Meetings & Events via email alcon@fcmtravel.com.au.
If you change your flights and do not communicate this to the FCM Meetings and Events team, your accommodation will not be amended.
Alcon associate travel insurance is included when an associate purchases flights via Egencia.
