CHECK-IN AND BAGGAGE
CHECK-IN AND BAGGAGE
Check-in counters opens 3 hours prior to departure.
Please present your passport and ticket at the check-in counter to receive your boarding pass. The latest time for check-in is 60 minutes prior to departure for all passengers. Please note that if you attempt check-in any later than this, you may not be able to board the aircraft.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
A summary of all cancellation conditions is detailed below.
- Refunds only permitted due to Commonwealth, State or Territory or overseas government action resulting in the cancellation of flights and/or your eligibility to travel. Total FCM cancellation fees of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount due to the cancelling student.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to departure. Cancellation fees, as below, will be deducted from the refund due:
- Cancellation processing fee: $25AUD
- China Southern Airlines fee: CNY1200
- FCM Booking Fee: $270AUD
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to departure are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be made to FCM & your university in writing.
Refunds may take up to 12 weeks processing time
