CHECK-IN AND BAGGAGE
Check-in counters opens 3 hours prior to departure.
Please present your passport and ticket at the check-in counter to receive your boarding pass. The latest time for check-in is 60 minutes prior to departure for all passengers. Please note that if you attempt check-in any later than this, you may not be able to board the aircraft.

Eligible students between the ages of 18 and 30 can register via qatarairways.com/StudentClub using the promo code SCMELMCT to receive an additional 10kgs of checked baggage allowance free of charge.
Please be sure to send your Student Club registration number through to FCM Meetings & Events so that we can advise the airline to link it to your flights.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- Refunds only permitted due to failure of COVID test or due to Commonwealth, State or Territory or overseas government action resulting in the cancellation of flights and/or your eligibility to travel. Total FCM/AVMIN cancellation fees of $135 will be deducted from the refund amount due to the cancelling student.
Cancellations may be permitted up to 7 days before departure. Cancellation fees, as below, will be deducted from any refund amount due:
- FCM/AVMIN: $135
- Qatar fee: Non-refundable
- FCM Booking Fee of $270 AUD is non-refundable.
