Additional Nights
Additional nights if required, can be requested within the registration form or by emailing kerry-anne_walker@flightcentre.com. If you choose to book additional nights through any other means, please ensure to advise the hotel during booking (and again upon check-in) that you are extending before/after the Global Gathering, to avoid room moves.
Hotel Check-In/Out
The standard hotel check-in time is 4.00pm and check-out is 11.00am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out to your room, we recommend that you book additional nights as per the process above.
