CHECK-IN AND BAGGAGE
SINGAPORE AIRLINES
Check-in counters opens 3 hours prior to departure.
Please present your passport and ticket at the check-in counter to receive your boarding pass. The latest time for check-in is 60 minutes prior to departure for all passengers. Please note that if you attempt check-in any later than this, you may not be able to board the aircraft.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

China Southern
- Refunds due to failure of COVID test or due to Commonwealth, State or Territory or overseas government action resulting in the cancellation of flights and/or your eligibility to travel. Total FCM/airline cancellation fees of CNY1200 + AU$25 will be deducted from the refund amount due to the cancelling student. China Southern require proof of residency to be able to process a refund due to any lockdowns.
- Refunds for other causes are permitted up to 7 days prior to departure. Total cancellation fees, as below, will be deducted from the refund amount due to the cancelling student.
- Cancellation Processing Fee: $25AUD
- China Southern fee: CNY1200
- FCM Booking Fee: $270AUD
- Refunds made within 7 days of travel are non-refundable
Singapore Airlines
- Refunds due to failure of COVID test or due to Commonwealth, State or Territory or overseas government action resulting in the cancellation of flights and/or your eligibility to travel are permitted.
- Refunds for other causes are permitted up to 14 days prior to departure. Total cancellation fees, as below, will be deducted from the refund amount due to the cancelling student.

- Refunds made within 14 days of travel are non-refundable
