Accommodation bookings (if applicable) are managed by FCM Meetings & Events and is captured in the online registration form.

Payment

Payment for your room nights and daily breakfast will be covered by Alcon.

Additional accommodation and all incidental charges (e.g. room service, movies, minibar, etc) are to be settled directly with the hotel at the time of check-out. Please ensure you settle these charges using your personal credit card.

Parking
Crowne Plaza Hotel, Coogee Beach has over 175 undercover car parking spaces on-site. Parking is priced at $5.00 per hour, $18.00 per day for conference delegates or $25.00/overnight. This cost can be settled with reception via your T&E card.

Flights

Flight bookings are managed by CWT.

If you have a flight credit in your name, you will have received communication about this from Alcon Global and Mark Frei. Please contact Mark Frei directly to use this credit for your travel to Sydney (e: mark.frei@alcon.com | m: 0407 799 433).

If you do not have a flight credit in your name, please book your travel via CWT as per the usual process.

Arrival Flight

Registration and Lunch commences on Monday 17 January at 11:30am.

All flights booked, must arrive into Sydney airport by 9:30am on Monday 17 January to allow for delays, traffic and transfer to the venue.

Departure Flight

The NSM 2022 program concludes on Friday 21 January at 12:00pm.

Return flights must depart after 2:00pm to allow for any program delays and unpredictable traffic.

Important: Any changes made to your flights via CWT that will affect your accommodation booking, you must notify the NSM 2022 Registration Team at FCM Meetings & Events via email alcon@fcmtravel.com.au.

If you change your flights and do not communicate this to the FCM Meetings and Events team, your accommodation will not be updated.

Alcon associate travel insurance is included when an associate purchases flights via CWT.

Head Office

Gala Dinner Transfer

A coach transfer will be provided from head office to the Gala Dinner on Monday 17 January.

Parking
