Payment
Payment for your room nights and daily breakfast will be covered by Alcon.
Additional accommodation and all incidental charges (e.g. room service, movies, minibar, etc) are to be settled directly with the hotel at the time of check-out. Please ensure you settle these charges using your personal credit card.

Parking
All-day public parking is available at Wilson Public Car Park located at the rear of the hotel off Liverpool Street. Self parking: $35.oo per day. Please pay for parking using your T&E card.

Arrival Flight
Registration and Lunch commences on Monday 17 January at 12:30pm.
All flights booked, must arrive into Auckland airport by 10:30am on Monday 17 January to allow for delays, traffic and taxi to Cordis Auckland.
Departure Flight - Surgical
The NSM 2022 Auckland program for Surgical concludes on Wednesday 19 January at 5:00pm.
Return flights must depart after 7:00pm to allow for any program delays and unpredictable traffic.
Departure Flight - Vision Care
The NSM 2022 Auckland program for Vision Care concludes on Friday 21 January at 2:00pm.
Return flights must depart after 4:00pm to allow for any program delays and unpredictable traffic.
Important: Any changes made to your flights via CWT that will affect your accommodation booking, you must notify the NSM 2022 Registration Team at FCM Meetings & Events via email alcon@fcmtravel.com.au.
If you change your flights and do not communicate this to the FCM Meetings and Events team, your accommodation will not be updated.
Alcon associate travel insurance is included when associate purchases flight via CWT.
