Accommodations

All accommodations has been booked by our Conference partner FCM Meetings & Events across multiple hotels within the Melbourne CBD.

All team members who reside more than 1.5 hours away will be provided 1 nights twin share accommodation on the 24th of July. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred share partner in the registration site upon RSVP’ing.

All team members who reside more than 3 hours away will be provided 1 nights twin share accommodation on the 24th of July, you will also have the option to select an additional night accommodation on 25 July if you require it.  You will have the opportunity to select your preferred share partner in the registration site upon RSVP’ing.

Your allocated hotel will be advised in your final confirmation approximately 10 days prior to the Conference.

Due to location, some teams may be required to stay an additional night in Melbourne pre or post the 24th of July or en-route to your home port. This includes team members from New Zealand and some regional or interstate locations. The travel team will book your pre travel accommodation accordingly and you will see this during the registration process.

More information such as your hotel details will be included in your ‘Final Confirmation’ message, sent to you to the email address you provide when completing registration. This email will be sent to you from bunningsconference@fcmtravel.com.au approximately 10 days prior to the Conference.


Special Requests + Extensions

Accommodation extensions are not permitted. If you are planning to extend your stay for personal reasons after the Conference, you will need to make your own travel arrangements.
