Accommodation Eligibility

Please read through the following information carefully before completing your registration. 

Accommodation will be provided if: 

  • You live more than a 70km radius from Flight Centre Head Office (excluding Gold Coast and surrounds)

Accommodation will not be provided if: 

  • You live within 70km of Flight Centre Head Office OR
  • You live within the Gold Coast and surrounds (as transfers are available)

The office is located at 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane, 4101.

Gold Coast and surrounds - please see map below to see if your suburb falls within the Gold Coast and surrounds. If your suburb is within the pink outline, you are not eligible for accommodation as transfers are provided. 

If you are not eligible for accommodation, Travelwise is available to assist in securing accommodation deals within the area.

Single Rooms

Limited single rooms are available for a supplement of $150 per night, on a first come first serve basis. Please complete your registration as soon as possible to ensure you secure a single room. Single rooms have been reserved at a number of hotels around the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, you will not be able to choose your hotel. 

If you would like to choose a specific hotel, we recommend you book this hotel directly. If you choose to do this, it will be at your own expense, and you will not be reimbursed. 

Changes to single supplement will not be accepted after your registration is submitted and the single supplement cost is non-refundable so please ensure you select the correct option in your registration. 

Sharing a Room

Share rooms (Twin, Triple and Quad rooms) are available for the dates of travel. Please ensure your share partner(s) have the same travel dates as you. If you do not specify a share partner in your registration, you will be allocated a share partner at random with the same travel dates as you. If you specify a share partner with different travel dates, you will be allocated a share partner at random with the same travel dates as you.

Hotel Allocations

Hotels will be allocated at random. Hotels will not be allocated to brands/stores so you may be allocated to a different hotel to your team or colleagues. Your allocated hotel will be advised approximately two weeks prior to the event in your Final Confirmation email.


Accommodation Extension Requests

The FLICHELLA team will not be managing accommodation extension requests, any extension requests will be through your own arrangements. 

Your assigned hotel will be advised approximately two weeks prior to the event, if you would like to guarantee consecutive nights in the same hotel, we recommend booking your own accommodation for the duration of your stay. If you choose to do this, the full cost of the accommodation will be at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.

If you would like to organise an accommodation extension, we recommend notifying your hotel you are attending FLICHELLA, and request to remain in the same room for the duration of your stay.
