Whilst it is voluntary to attend FLICHELLA, once registered attendance to the FLICHELLA event is compulsory*. There is a significant cost involved in making sure you get to enjoy the FLICHELLA experience, unfortunately we cannot accept no-shows if you have committed to coming.

Yes, please bring your photo ID. Please note in Queensland for entry into bars and nightclubs, your physical ID is required.
Per Australian law you must be at least 18 years of age to drink alcohol. Current photo ID is required. If you are unable to show that you are over 18, you will not be able to consume alcohol.
It is your responsibility to determine if you will be rostered on the Saturday 6th July and/or Sunday 7th July so you can select the appropriate flights during registration.

Group flights have been confirmed based around when FLICHELLA attendees are required to be in Brisbane. If you have personal arrangements prior to/after FLICHELLA, you can travel on a group flight one way, but you will need to make your own arrangements for the dates groups flights are not offered. These personal arrangements will be at your own cost and cannot be charged to your store or business or claimed via expenses.
FCTG (Flight Centre Travel Group) will pay for your flights and book airport accommodation if required. You will need to select OTHER AIRPORT when registering and provide additional information so that the FLICHELLA Air Team can manage your requirements. Please refer to proposed regional flights listed below as where appropriate we will be connecting you to our group allocations.
Bags will not be through checked from a regional connecting flight to a group flight. All attendees will need to collect their bags and recheck in for their onward flight at transfer points.
Accommodation will only be provided for the evening of FLICHELLA on Saturday 6 July. If you are travelling to Brisbane prior to / staying after FLICHELLA, you will be responsible for the cost of any additional accommodation. Any cost related to extra accommodation will be at your own expense and cannot be charged to your store or business or claimed via expenses, nor should it be sponsored by suppliers.
This may be possible with approval from the FLICHELLA Team and your Nation Leader. Should you want to return to another city that is more expensive than your regular port of travel, any additional cost will be charged to the individual. Please choose your flight to FLICHELLA and select return flight not required. Individuals will then need to email eofyeventau@flightcentre.com.au here with the appropriate approval from your Nation Leader.
Flights to FLICHELLA are different to single purchase flights and you may be travelling on a group flight booking. Frequent flyer points / status credits cannot be guaranteed on any travel to FLICHELLA.
Frequent flyer numbers had to be collected as part of the registration process. If this was not possible, it will be your responsibility to either add this on check-in or lodge a post travel point claim. Please note that frequent flyer points / status credits cannot be guaranteed here on any travel to FLICHELLA.

If the incorrect name has been advised on your registration under personal details, any amendment fees and additional costs will be charged to the traveller. Please advise the FLICHELLA Team ASAP.
The flights selected in the registration process are requests only. The FLICHELLA Air Team allocates seats according to FCTG business needs and availability. If necessary, the Air Team reserve the right to re-accommodate travellers should the need arise. This was advised on the website during registration.

Yes, you will need to register for a single room and pay the single supplement fee ($150 per night). You can request twin bedding under Special Requests on the registration website (subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed). If you would like to guarantee a single room with two beds, we recommend booking your own accommodation. If you choose to do this, it will be at your own expense and you will not be reimbursed.

Yes, if you live interstate or are arriving to Brisbane by air, you are eligible for accommodation on Saturday, 6th July.
Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability at the hotel and you will need to request this directly with the hotel. Keep in mind, there are group bookings across all hotels so an early check-in or late check-out may not be possible. If you would like to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, you will need to book an extra night at your allocated hotel. If you choose to do this, it will be at your own expense and you will not be reimbursed.
A limited number of Triple share and quadruple share rooms will be available. If you would like to share with more than one other person, please select either Triple or Quadruple share on registration.
If you and your share partner have not requested each other, you will be allocated another share partner at random.
