ARRIVAL 1 NOV
Uniworld will provide transfers for anyone travelling on the MAIN arrival and departure days. If you do not arrive and depart on these days, you will need to make your own way to the port.
Please note another cruise will be departing in the morning, so if you arrive very early there may be other passengers disembarking. Uniworld will serve a light lunch on board, or you can check in your bags and go explore.

Guests must be off the ship by 1:00pm and out of staterooms by 9:00am.
FLIGHTS
We understand that many attendees would prefer to book their own flights so they can extend the trip for personal travel or a famil (check out pre and post-famil and travel offers from our sponsors here).
As such, we have evaluated the average cost of flights on event dates from major exit points within each country and calculated the average. Please contact your local support team re: the reimbursement amount for your country.
Upon registration, you will be asked to enter your flight details and upload proof of purchase.
Once registration has closed, each attendee will be reimbursed based on the designated amount for their country.
Please note:
• The reimbursement amount is per person. If you are bringing a guest, you must show proof of purchase for two flights. If you are travelling alone, you will only be reimbursed for one flight.
• If your flight costs more than the designated amount, you will be reimbursed up to the maximum.
• If your flight costs less than the determined amount, you will only be reimbursed for the cost of your flight.
• You should receive your flight reimbursement by August 15, 2023.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
Uniworld will arrange airport transfers for guests arriving and departing on the main event dates. During registration, you will need to indicate if you would like airport transfers for you and your guest at either or both ports. Transfer information will be sent to you within two weeks prior to arrival.
You are more than welcome to make your own way to or from the ship, as ports are centrally located within Budapest and Vienna. Exact locations are noted above, under arrival and departure times.
If you and your travelling companion are arriving or departing separately and only one of you require transfers, please email FCM M&E to advise.
