What are the dates of Pacesetters?

Pacesetters will be held in Perth from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 September 2024. 

Where will Pacesetters be?

Pacesetters will be held at The Westin Perth. You can read more information on the venue here.

How do I register?

A unique registration link was sent to you via email from beyondyes@fcmtravel.com.au. Please click on that link to be directed to the registration site to confirm your attendance.

Can I extend my stay in Perth?

Yes, attendees have the option to extend at their own expense. This can be requested via the registration form. You can read more information on extending here.

What happens if I can't attend?

Pacesetters is strictly non-transferrable or redeemable for other trips or rewards. If you're unable to attend, please register as 'Not Attending' and submit reasoning. 

Can I upgrade to a single room?

Single room upgrades are available (at an additional cost) on a first come, first served basis. You can upgrade at your time of registration. Payment must be processed to secure your request. 

What if I don't have a roommate to nominate?

If you do not submit a name to twin share with, we will randomly pair you with another qualifier of the same sex. 

When will the itinerary be available?

Program and personalised itinerary information will be released via the Pacesetters 2024 mobile app closer to event commencement. 

What is the CSR program?

The Pacesetters CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program enables us to contribute positively to the community we're visiting. Previously, we've teamed up with social and environmental organisations, lending a hand to those in need. Stay tuned for more details, which will be shared via the Pacesetters 2024 mobile app closer to the start of the event. 

Do I need to participate in all conference and CSR elements?

Yes, as a Pacesetter recipient you're required to attend all aspects of the program, including the conference and CSR activity (unless there is a valid medical reason). This is a requirement for FBT (fringe benefit tax) purposes.
