The Venue

Pacesetters 2024 will be held at The Westin Perth. Accommodation will be provided for 3 nights in a twin share room, from Monday 2 September to Thursday 5 September 2024. A limited number of single rooms are available for upgrade at your own expense.

Please note, 2024 Number One Club Qualifiers, Annual Individual RAP Winners and Hosts are automatically entitled to a single occupancy room.

Twin Share

You can nominate your preferred roommate of the same gender via the registration site. The person you elect must also nominate you in their registration. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request.

Single Room

Single room upgrades are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you wish to upgrade to a single occupancy room, a single supplement fee of $150 per night will apply ($350 total). Payment via personal credit card is required at completion of your registration to confirm your single supplement upgrade. 

Credit Card Guarantee

Your credit card details are required upon check-in at the hotel for any room incidentals (such as mini-bar, etc). A credit card hold of AUD $100 per room will be held at the time of check-in. On check-out, you may elect to pay via an alternative method. We ask for your credit card details at the time of registration to expedite the process for you on arrival.
