On submission of your registration, you agree to attend all planned activities and dinners for the duration of the conference and agree to settle all personal accounts prior to departure from the hotel.  

Your conference registration is not secure until full payment has been received.

Cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations received prior to 31 March 2022 
No cancellation fees apply. Full refund of registration fees is available.* 

Cancellation received from 31 March 2022 – 27 May 2022
50% of registration fees will be forfeited.* 
Any accommodation extension cancelled will be charged 1 night's accommodation, all remaining nights will be refunded.* 

Cancellations received from 27 May 2022 until the event date
100% of registration fees will be forfeited.* 
100% accommodation extension fees will be forfeited.* 

Cancellation of flights booked by FCM Meetings and Events
Once flights have been booked by FCM Meetings and Events on your behalf, 100% of the cancelled airfare will be forfeited. If you require changes to your flight once it has been confirmed, a $55 fee applies for each change in addition to any airline fare difference applicable. 

Registrations for the event cannot be converted to cash payments or any other awards or benefits if you do not attend the conference, nor can tickets be transferred for use at another time.
