Booking Your Flights 

For guests making their own flight arrangements, please arrange to arrive in Canberra on or before Tuesday 12 July 2022. There are no conference activities scheduled on this day (except for the Store of the Year dinner) so you may arrive at any time.
Please note hotel check-in is from 3:00pm and airport transfers begin from 11:00am (see below for more information). If you are unable to arrive on Tuesday, it is expected that you are onsite in time for the conference opening at 8:30am Wednesday 13 July.

Store of the Year Dinner

If you are attending the Store of the Year dinner, on Tuesday 12 July 2022, it is recommended that you arrive in Canberra no later than 4.00pm. Please note, Store of the Year Finalists will be notified closer to the event.


Request a Flight Booking


If you require assistance from FCM Meetings and Events in arranging your flights to and from Canberra, please submit your flight requirements via the online registration form. Once received, FCM Meetings and Events will be in touch to discuss your arrangements. Please note that there is a booking fee of $55.00 for all flight bookings made with FCM Meetings and Events.

TRANSFERS 

Airport transfers are supplied on Tuesday 12 July and Saturday 16 July. You will receive an email requesting your flight details for airport transfers closer to conference.

  • Arrival transfers on Tuesday 12 July will depart Canberra Airport to your hotel between 11:00am and 7:30pm (will align to flight arrival times).

  • Departure transfers on Saturday 16 July will depart your hotel to Canberra Airport between 7:00am and 12:30pm (will align to flight departure times). 

Please note that any arrivals or departures outside of the above dates and times will need to make their own way to and from the airport.
