Event

When is the 7Platinum trip? 

Group 1 - Monday 27 Oct - Friday 31 Oct 2025
Group 2 - Tuesday 28 Oct - Sunday 01 Nov 2025

What are the 7Platinum event details? 

The 7Platinum Welcome Party will be held Tuesday 28 October 2025. The 7Platinum Gala Dinner will be held Thursday 30 October 2025. 

The rest of the time in Singapore is yours to enjoy!

Are the 7Platinum events mandatory to attend? 

Your membership in the 7Platinum program and participation in the 7Platinum trip requires you to attend the 7Platinum Welcome Party and 7Platinum Gala Dinner. 

When accepting the 7Platinum flights and accommodation, you acknowledge and confirm your attendance at the 7Platinum events (irrespective of other family members travelling in your party). 

Registration

Can I transfer my registration to another team member? 

The 7Platinum trip is strictly offered to two (2) people; the Business Owner Senior Manager (and travel companion). This trip is NOT transferred in any way to any other person or organisation and is not redeemable for cash of any other benefit.

What do I do if I am unable to attend?

If you are unable to attend, you will need to decline the invite by selecting the "Decline" link on the "Registration" tab of this site.


Flights & Accommodation

Can I extend the dates of travel?

Yes, extensions are possible if you would like to stay on for your own pleasure, however, any additional cost/costs implications will be at your own expense. You will be able to request this via the registration process and FCM Meetings & Events will be in contact to discuss your options.

What should I do if my passport needs to be renewed?

If you need to renew your passport, please do this as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can still complete your registration. You will need to provide your full name as it will be appearing on your new passport application. Please then contact FCM Meetings & Events with your new passport details once they arrive. Please note, we cannot take any responsibility for any renewal times.

Can I choose my flights? 

Flights have already been secured by Seven for the 7Platinum trip dates. If you would like different flights, please register for the group flights and add your request details in the Special Request field in the registration process. Alternatively send an email to the travel team at 7Platinum@fcmtravel.com.au and we will check the options for you and provide you a quote for the costs. 

Can I check-in or edit my flight details online? 

Due to flights being booked as group fares you are unable to check-in or access/edit your flights online.  

Do my flights include baggage? If so, how many kgs?

Yes, it includes 1-piece x 23kg checked-in baggage for Qantas flights. For carry-on luggage you are permitted 1 x 7kg.

Can I select my seat? 

Due to flights being booked as group fares you are unable to select your seats online. Seating requests can me made during the registration process and these will be provided to the airline. Please note, these are requests only and no seating requests can be guaranteed. As we do every year, we request the airline seat travellers together as per your registration details. Unfortunately, these requests are sometimes not able to honoured by the airline due to other passenger requirements.



Can I upgrade my flights?

Yes, upgrades are possible, however availability is limited. Travellers will be processed for these on a first come, first served basis. Please complete the Special Request field in the registration process. If it is a points upgrade, these can only be requested after ticketing one month prior to the 7Platinum trip departure. Alternatively, if you would like to pay for an upgrade this can be done at any time.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, upgrades are possible, however availability is limited. Please complete the Special Request field in the registration process. We will be able to check with the hotel as to whether they have the rooms available at the time of the request.

How long prior to departure do I need to be at the airport?

It is recommended you arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your departure time to allow sufficient time to check-in. If travelling on a domestic airline, we highly recommend you allocate five (5) hours leeway between your domestic arrival time and international departure time (to safeguard against any domestic delays).

What happens if I miss my flight or my flight is delayed / cancelled?

If you are at the airport, speak to the airline staff to find out what flights you been offered. If the airline cannot accommodate you, please contact FCM Meetings & Events to discuss this further.

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they meet their international flights. If you miss your international flight and there are costs associated with rescheduling, this is to be paid by the traveller.

What time is check-in & check out?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 12pm

Terms & Conditions

  1. Your trading account must be maintained within the agreed trading terms. In the event your trading account is in arrears, we will not proceed with travel bookings.

  2. If you would like to pre or post extend your stay, FCM Meetings & Events can assist with changing your flights to match your preferred travel dates/times. All extension flights and costs will be communicated to you and will not be confirmed until your written approval has been received. Note: Any additional airfare beyond the group flight cost will be at your own expense.

  3. You may nominate a travel companion to join you on the 7Platinum trip. Their inclusion in the event will be subject to Seven’s approval which may be withheld or removed at any time at Seven's sole discretion. The travel companion must be an Adult aged 18+.

  4. Any amendments to bookings once made including, but not limited to, passenger name changes and flight date/time/airport changes will incur the standard airline penalty fees as well as any fare difference to the cost of the flight on the day of the change. A ticket re-issue fee will also be charged by FCM Meetings & Events. Penalty fees will only be finalised when FCM Meetings & Events have your approval to make the change and your credit card details to charge.

  5. Whilst all due care and attention is taken by the FCM Meetings & Events team to process your requests and liaise with the airline for your flight bookings, neither Seven or FCM Meetings & Events can be held responsible for any penalties and / or fees levied by the airlines and those will be your sole responsibility.

  6. TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended and is the responsibility of the individual travellers. Personal travel insurance is not provided by Seven.   Individual travellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their personal travel insurance provides sufficient cover for any accident, incident, or eventuality before, during or after the 7Platinum trip and Seven will not be responsible to you or any third party should you not have sufficient personal travel insurance to cover you.

  7. You agree as a condition of your participation in the 7Platinum trip that neither you and your travelling partner will not bring Seven into any reputational disrepute. Any behaviour considered in Seven’s sole discretion to be inappropriate, illegal or that which may otherwise bring Seven or the 7Platinum program into disrepute may result in immediate cancellation of your membership in the 7Platinum program and/or removal from the 7Platinum trip. In the case of such cancellation, Seven will run out any advertising already booked and paid for and Seven will not be required to refund any remaining money allocated to your trading account as at the date of this cancellation.

  8. Guests agree to take full responsibility for missed flights and associated travel arrangements. Seven will not offer or be responsible for arranging new international flights and any costs associated with amending the existing international booking will need to be paid directly by the client to FCM. If travelling on a domestic airline, we highly recommend you allocate five (5) hours leeway between your domestic arrival time and international departure time (to safeguard against any domestic delays).
