The group will arrive in Singapore on the 27th / 28th of October and depart on the 31st of October / 1st of November. This year we will be able to offer the added flexibility of selecting your departure date, however we only have limited seats available each day of departure. Seats will be secured on a first come, first served basis so we encourage you to complete your registration at your earliest convenience.

Flights provided are for two (2) economy airfares from your closest capital city (Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne) to Singapore return. It is the client's responsibility to organise transport to your capital city. We recommend ensuring you arrive five (5) hours prior to your international departure in case of any delays. Should you require domestic flights, they can be booked through FCM Meetings and Events at your cost. All connecting flights are outside of our control and may result in no shows if cancelled / delayed. 

If you would like to pre or post extend your stay or upgrade your seats, FCM Meetings & Events can assist with changing your flights to match your preferred travel dates/times and seat preferences (subject to availability).

When registering you will have the option to submit your special request, and a member of the travel team will be in contact to advise any additional airline fees. All flight changes and costs will be communicated to you and will not be confirmed until your written approval has been received.

Please note: Any amendments to the flights that incur additional cost beyond the group flights booked will be at your own expense. FCM Meetings & Events also charge a $55.00 change fee per traveller for all confirmed flight extensions and upgrades.
