For overseas, interstate and regional Victorian team members, accommodation has been booked across multiple hotels within the Melbourne CBD to align with your travel arrangements. All accommodation has been booked by our travel partner FCM Meetings and Events.

• All accommodation will be booked based on the Bunnings travel policy which is twin share accommodation. 
    
• You will have the opportunity to request your preferred room share partner during the registration process when RSVP’ing.
  
  
• If you do not wish to room share and would like to upgrade to a single room, you can request this during the registration process. This is subject to availability and at your own cost. The non-refundable single supplement fee is $130 AUD per night and payment will be required within 72 hours of completing your registration. If payment is not made within this time, you will be re-allocated to a twin share room. 
  
  
• Your allocated hotel location and information will be advised in your final confirmation approximately 10 days prior to the Conference. 

*Victorian team members who reside more than 60kms away from the Melbourne Showgrounds will be provided one night twin share accommodation on the 28 of May. If you reside more than 300kms away, you will have the option to select accommodation on the 29 of May.  

Your hotel details will be included in your ‘Final Confirmation’ which will be sent to the email address you provided after you register. This email will be sent from bunningsconference@fcmtravel.com.au approximately 10 days prior to the Conference.
