If you live within 60kms of Melbourne Showgrounds, accommodation will not be provided on 28 May, and you will need to make your own way to the conference at the Melbourne Showgrounds and dinner at the Forum Melbourne.

Getting to the Venues

Coach Hub Transfers
Coach hubs will be available on the 28 and 29 May. Refer below for further details. 
If you have selected this option, it is outlined in your app under "My Agenda and Travel". Please ensure you arrive ahead of time to park and find the coach captain.

Other Transfer Arrangements 
Upon registration you would have selected your preferred mode of transport to and from the conference. Details regarding your selected mode of transport as well as other important information can be found in the Bunnings Conference App and below.  

Parking
Melbourne Showgrounds: Car parking is available at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Please enter via Gate 5 and follow the signs to park.  

The Forum Melbourne: If you choose to drive to the Forum, we strongly recommend that you pre-book your parking in advance to avoid disappointment. Wilson Parking offers several car parks nearby, and bookings can be made easily via their app or website. Please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to the Wilson Parking website or app. 

  2. In the search bar, type "The Forum Melbourne". 

  3. Choose from the available nearby car park options. 

  4. Click "Prepay Now". 

  5. Enter the date and time:
    a. Date: 28 May 2025 
    b. Time: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM 

  6. Enter the promo code: MARRINER 

  7. Finalise your booking. 

Parking costs typically range from $9 to $13, depending on the car park selected. You can claim this expense through the usual reimbursement process 

Uber
To Melbourne Showgrounds: Entry to Melbourne Showgrounds will be via Gate 5, Langs Road. Please note the cost of an Uber, taxi or public transportation cannot be claimed as an expense. 

To Forum Melbourne: A coach will be available from the conference to the networking dinner.  

From the Forum Melbourne: The address to call your Uber is 154 Flinders Street. Melbourne. 

Public Transport
To Melbourne Showgrounds: Melbourne Showgrounds closest train stations are either Ascot Vale or Broadmeadows. Alternatively, Tram 57 stops outside the Showgrounds on Epsom Road.  

To Forum Melbourne: A coach transfer will be available from the Conference to the Networking dinner.  

From the Forum Melbourne: Several trams run along Flinders Street to various locations. Flinders Street Station is approximately a 5 min walk.
