Flight & Transfer Requirements

Flight and transfer arrangements have been made for all team members that require a flight to attend the Conference. Flights have been booked as a group booking and the timings have been selected to align with the Conference agenda. 

Travel details including flight numbers and travel dates have been included in your ‘Final Confirmation’.  

Important Airline Information 

Air New Zealand
To check in, visit the Air New Zealand website and click ‘Check In’. Enter your booking reference number and follow the prompts.

Virgin Australia
Visit the Virgin Australia website and select ‘Check In’. Enter your booking reference number and follow the prompts.
Note: Your booking will not appear in the Virgin Australia app, and check-in must be completed via the website or at the airport.

Qantas
Visit the Qantas website or open the Qantas app. Click 'Check In’, enter your booking reference, and follow the instructions to check in or select a seat.

REX (Regional Express)
Visit the REX website and click on 'Check In’. Use your booking reference to check in or update flight details.

Jetstar
Visit the Jetstar website and go to Check In. Enter your booking reference to check in or view your itinerary.
Note: For group bookings, check-in may be required at the airport.


Flight Disruptions 

If there are delays or cancellations on the day of travel, airline staff will have the most up to date information and will be able to assist you. If you are at the airport, please speak to airline staff about any delays that effect your travel. 

If you require assistance with your flights, please call one of the numbers below and advise the team that you are travelling as a part of the 'Bunnings Towards 30 Conference” group so they can easily locate your booking.

Important Information

Didn’t receive a flight and require one? If you require flights and did not receive any flight details in your final confirmation on the 14th of May, please reach out to the team at bunningsconference@fcmtravel.com.au as soon as possible to make these arrangements.  

Are transfer arrangements included? 

In your home state you may uber or choose to park at the airport. Please keep your receipt and use your store code when claiming back expenses in Workday. Please note carpooling is encouraged. 

Upon arrival into Melbourne, the majority of team will be provided transfers to and from the airport. These details can be found in Bunnings Conference App which will be sent to you on the 19th of May.
