Am I eligible to register for accommodation?
Accommodation will be provided if:
- You live more than 70km from Riverstage (excluding Gold Coast and surrounds)
Accommodation will not be provided if:
- You live within 70km of Riverstage, or
- You live within the Gold Coast and Surrounds (as transfers are available)
Which hotel I am staying in?
Hotels will be allocated at random after registrations are closed. Hotels will be advised approximately two weeks before the event.
Will I be staying in the same hotel as my team?
Brands/teams may not be allocated to the same hotel. Hotels will be allocated at random, so you may not be staying in the same hotel as your team.
Can my friend or partner who is also employed by FCTG and I share a room?
Yes, please follow these steps:
- Select a twin room in your registration
- Advise your friend or partners name in the 'Share Partner' field with a description in brackets, e.g. James Smith (Husband, FCTG)
- Indicate any bedding configuration request in the 'Special Requests' field (please note this is a request only and cannot be guaranteed)
- Please ensure your partner enters you as their 'Share Partner'
Share partner change requests after your registration is complete cannot be accepted. Please confirm your share partner prior to registering.
Am I eligible for accommodation if I am making my own flight arrangements?
Yes, if you live interstate or are arriving to Brisbane by air, you are eligible for accommodation on Saturday 8th July.
A new share partner will be allocated.
I’m bringing my friend / family member / partner – can they stay in my room?
Yes, you will need to register for a single room and pay the single supplement fee ($150 per night). You can request twin bedding under Special Requests on the registration website (subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed). If you would like to guarantee a single room with two beds, we recommend booking your own accommodation. If you choose to do this it will be at your own cost and you will not be reimbursed.
Please note: Partners are not eligible to attend Flichella.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability at the hotel and you will need to request this directly with the hotel. Keep in mind, there are group bookings across all hotels so an early check-in or late check-out may not be possible.
If you would like to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, you will need to book an extra night at your allocated hotel. If you choose to do this, it will be at your own cost and you will not be reimbursed.
