If your departure port is not listed, please select 'Other' and name your closest departure airport in the text box provided. A member of the registration team will contact you with flight details, please DO NOT also email the team your departure port.

Can my partner attend Flichella 2023?
No, partners are not permitted to attend.

I will be under 18 at the time of the event, can I consume alcohol?
Per Australian law you must be at least 18 years of age to drink alcohol. Current photo ID is required. If you are unable to show that you are over 18 unfortunately you will not be able to consume alcohol.

Do I need to carry photo ID whilst at Flichella 2023?
Yes, please bring your photo ID. Please note in Queensland for entry into bars and nightclubs, your physical ID is required. 

Can I attend if I am working in store on the 8th July?
It is your responsibility to determine if you will be rostered on the Saturday 8th July and/or Sunday 9th July so you can select the appropriate flights during registration.

Can I claim expenses as a tax deduction for costs (e.g. meals, taxi fares etc.) while travelling to/from or at Flichella 2023 where I'm not reimbursed by Flight Centre?
You may be eligible to claim these expenses as a tax deduction on your personal income tax return – please ask your tax agent/accountant for further details.

Why have I not received my Registration Summary or Final Confirmation email?

Am I able to fly from Flichella to Global Gathering?
Yes, if you have qualified for Global Gathering, you are able to fly from Brisbane to Bali. Please note any accommodation between the 9th July and your flight to Global Gathering will be at your own cost.
