Extensions

• All extension requests are subject to airline and hotel availability. 
• Any additional costs (including airfare increases due to flight availability, airline amendment fees, booking fees, additional accommodation and transfer costs etc.) will be at your own expense and payable to FCM Meetings & Events prior to arrangements being confirmed.

Extension and change fees are listed below

• Over 30 days prior to departure (until Friday 12 July 2024) - $55 per change (incl GST) administration fee.
• Within 30 days of departure (after Friday 12 July 2024) - $165 per change (incl GST) administration fee.
• Virgin will charge a fee for you to 'split away' from the group flights plus any fare difference applicable at the time - this will be advised to you at the time of request and is subject to change.
• The above fees are in addition to any fees imposed by the airline, hotels or other suppliers.

Payment

• Credit card is the only method of payment as all changes are instant purchase.
• Amendments to flights and accommodation won't be confirmed until payment is received in full.
• If payment is not received, it is likely airfares and accommodation rates will increase and your extension will need to be re-quoted. Booking changes with airlines and the hotel won't be confirmed until payment has been received in full.
