Please note: Suppliers are expected to be at their stand by 11am as we are anticipating a soft open of the doors to customers at 11:30am. Additionally, we ask that your stands are manned until the event closes and customers have left. The Bunnings team will make an announcement once bump out commences.

Please note: The 3pm finish time refers to the time we have venue tenancy till and therefore your stands are expected to be cleared by 12pm of any materials and stock to allow Harry the hirer to take down walling and load the trucks before venue tenancy ends. Any contracted stand builder with the exception of Harry the hirer will not have site access until 9pm on event day to commence bump out. This is to allow our logistics provider to get crates back to stands and ensure the safety of everyone.

The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre require that all Event Organisers and Contractors register required compliance documents via the WHS Monitor Contractor management system.
All personnel, including event organisers, staff, contractors, sub-contractors, sponsors, volunteers, traders and exhibitors must complete an online safety induction and pass an assessment prior to entering Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The induction can be completed online via this link: BCEC Induction.
Any suppliers who are demonstrating or have high-risk materials (e.g. gas) will need to complete the Risk Acknowledgement & Safety Permits - Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre
Please note for bump-in and bump out:
Demonstrations: If you are planning on doing any product demonstrations on your stand BCEC requires you to fill out the Demonstrations Product and Equipment Form.
Vehicles: If you have been approved to have a vehicle within the exhibition as part of your display by the Bunnings Events Team you will be required by BCEC to complete the Vehicle Display Form.
Excess Weight: If you have a stand which weighs over 500kg (e.g a shipping container) BCEC require you to complete the Excess Weight Form for approval.
Hazardous Substances: If you will have any hazard substances on your stand (e.g ammonia, flammable and combustible liquids and refrigerants, hydrogen, LPG, toxic chemicals etc.) please complete the Use of Hazardous Substances Form.
Laser Activity: If you will have any laser products on your stand that will be switched on and in use please complete the Laser Activity Permit.

Please note, no alcoholic beverages are permitted to be ordered to your stand at anytime.
Parking Bump In & Bump Out Days
Parking costs are not covered by Bunnings on bump in and bump out days, only Expo day. You are welcome to park in any of the BCEC car parks. Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre have offered discounted parking rates please click here for instructions on how to access this.
Parking Expo Day
Due to limited parking available at BCEC on Trade Expo Day, parking at the BCEC will be strictly reserved for Trade Expo Customers only. Free parking & Coach shuttles have been organised for all suppliers and Bunnings Team offsite at the location listed below 15 to 20 minutes from BCEC.
Car Park Location: 521 Curtin Avenue E, Eagle Farm. **NOTE: NEW LOCATION FROM LAST YEAR**
Free Shuttle Buses Times: Departing to BCEC between 7:30am to 8:15am, departing from BCEC between 10:30am to 9pm.
Bunnings will not cover the cost of your parking if you park at BCEC. If your car is in the carpark on Expo day you may be asked to move it.

A supplier representative must be present to receive all deliveries, Bunnings and our logistics provider will not sign or receive deliveries on your behalf.
Deliveries will not be accepted during event days. Please ensure deliveries are scheduled during the bump in times. To avoid any issues, label all deliveries with your contact details, stand name and stand number.
Please ensure your products (e.g. seeds and timber) and paperwork comply with state quarantine laws to avoid merchandise being inspected or quarantined upon arrival.
It is your responsibility to make sure that no items are left behind at the venue. This is very important as the venue will discard anything left on site.
Deliveries will not be accepted prior to Tuesday 14 May at the venue.
