Stand Costs

| Shell Scheme Stand (Inline) | $3,700 ex GST per 3m x 3m |
| Shell Scheme Stand (Corner) | $4,200 ex GST per 3m x 3m |
| Custom Stand (Inline) | $3,500 ex GST per 3m x 3m |
| Custom Stand (Corner) | $4,000 ex GST per 3m x 3m |
- Rebates / Invoices: exhibiting costings will be rebated / invoiced in November 2024 following the events.
- Cancelation Fee: A cancellation fee of $500 ex GST will be applied to your account if you withdraw from an Expo within 8 weeks of the Expo date. If you cancel within two weeks (14 days) out of an Expo date as you are unable to exhibit unfortunately you will be charged the full exhibiting costs.
- Full Attendance Discount: Suppliers who attend all 11 Trade Expos (across Australia and New Zealand) will receive a 10% discount of the exhibiting costs.
