Event Safety

It is mandatory that Fluro Safety Vests and closed toe shoes be worn at all times during bump-in and bump-out.  

It is your responsibility to supply your own safety vest and you will not be permitted entry to the venue if you do not comply. 

Forklifts moving heavy loads and pallets will be in operation on site during bump-in and bump-out; as such exclusion zones and clearways have been set up to manage traffic flow. Please ensure you are aware and comply with any directional signage appropriately. 

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on site at the event during bump-in and bump-out and should be always supervised during event days. A designated smoking area will be sign-posted outside the venue. Smoking is prohibited directly outside the entrance to the event. 

Bump-out cannot commence until ALL customers have left the exhibition halls. Bunnings will make an announcement when bump out commences. Please do not pack up prior to this time, we ask you to respect this request. 

Display Vehicles / Containers / Dangerous Products & Demonstrations

It is important that you advise us if you have any of the below so we can advise the venue prior to the event. 

  • Display vehicles or marquees you wish to display onsite
  • Shipping container stands and can provide the specs and weight of the container
  • Any batteries / gases or other flammable materials which might be deemed dangerous products so we can ensure the venue are aware
  • Plan on doing any demonstrations at your stand


Test & Tag

Bunnings will have a test and tag technician onsite the day prior to the event if you cannot locate anyone, please see the supplier information desk onsite to ensure we can get it test and tagged for you. Please note you will be required to test and tag any equipment being used for demos.



First Aid

First Aid will be onsite for the duration of the bump in and event day. Please make sure you are familiar with where first aid is located via your floorplans.
