Bump In
Custom Builds access: Tuesday 7 May,
12pm - 6pm
Standard Builds access: Wednesday 8 May, 7am - 5pm
Please Note: All Suppliers must be bumped in by 5pm on Wednesday, if your stand is not completed by COB Wednesday your stand will be walled off and you will be unable to exhibit. No bump in is to be done on Event Days.

Open to Trade Customers: 12pm - 8pm
Please Note: Suppliers are expected to be at their stand by 11am as we are anticipating a soft open of the doors to customers at 11:30am. Additionally, we ask that your stands are manned until the event closes and customers have left. The Bunnings team will make an announcement once bump out commences.
Bump Out
Thursday 9 May: 8.30pm until 10pm
Friday 10 May: 7am – 3pm*
Please note: The 3pm finish time refers to the time we have venue tenancy till and therefore your stands are expected to be cleared by 12pm of any materials and stock to allow Harry the hirer to take down walling and load the trucks before venue tenancy ends. Any contracted stand builder with the exception of Harry the hirer will not have site access until 9pm on event day to commence bump out. This is to allow our logistics provider to get crates back to stands and ensure the safety of everyone.

Parking for Exhibitors is P5 Carpark
Parking costs are not covered by Bunnings on bump in and bump out days, only Expo day. You are welcome to park in any of the Sydney Showground car parks. Discounted pre-booked parking is available for exhibitors and can be purchased for bump in/out if required. Please note pre-booked parking is $20 as opposed to $35 drive-in rates and is available to book 5 days prior to bump-in.
To purchase please visit Sydney Showground’s online ordering system, locate Bunnings Trade Expo from the list and select "Go to Store". Enter your stand number and select Parking from the navigation menu to the left.
Parking Expo Day
Parking on Expo day for all Exhibitors will be in P5c carpark ONLY, access via Hill Road, Olympic Park. All other car parks are reserved for our Customers. Where possible we encourage car pooling.
Bunnings will cover the cost of parking for Car park P5c only. Please take the ticket you received upon entry into the car park and present it to a Bunnings Team member near the exit of the Expo hall who will validate your ticket.
Display Vehicles
All display vehicles must have a drip tray underneath them at all times whilst onsite. Keys must be provided to be stored in a safety lock box. Vehicles are unable to be started at any point in time during the event.
If you wish to have a vehicle display as part of your stand please email events@bunnings.com.au by 1 April 2024 so this can be factored into floorplans and the Sydney Showgrounds are aware.
Deliveries

A supplier representative must be present to receive all deliveries, Bunnings and our logistics provider will not sign or receive deliveries on your behalf.
Deliveries will not be accepted during event days. Please ensure deliveries are scheduled during the bump in times. To avoid any issues, label all deliveries with your contact details, stand name and stand number.
Please ensure your products (e.g. seeds and timber) and paperwork comply with state quarantine laws to avoid merchandise being inspected or quarantined upon arrival.
It is your responsibility to make sure that no items are left behind at the venue. This is very important as the venue will discard anything left on site.
Deliveries will not be accepted prior to Tuesday 7 May at the venue.
Internet
Free general use Wi-Fi is available to all patrons within the Dome and Exhibition Halls. If internet connectivity is vital for an exhibitor to conduct business on their stand, Sydney Showground strongly recommends installing and paying for a hard-wired and reliable internet service.
To purchase please visit Sydney Showground’s online ordering system, locate Bunnings Trade Expo from the list and select "Go to Store". Enter your stand number and select Internet Services from the navigation menu to the left.
Onsite Information
Information such as name badge collection, OH+S plans, safety information, catering, WIFI, bump out information and venue information will be provided to you the week prior to the Trade Expo via email.
