GEL Events
We’re pleased to announce that we have appointed GEL Events as the official freight forwarder and onsite logistics partner for the Bunnings Trade Expo. GEL Events provide a full range of logistics services to many of Australia’s largest Exhibitions and Events. Their experience is matched with detailed planning and clear and open communication with customers.
They have previously provided logistics support for some stand builders at Bunnings Trade Expos. GEL Events have provided all forms required for the Australian Events via the links below. If you need to contact the GEL Events team please reach out to:

Freight & Transport Service
Regardless of the freight provider that you are using, please ensure your freight has all required markings to identify load centres, dangerous goods, lifting guides, and stackable/top load only to ensure your goods are handled correctly, and in a safe manner.
GEL Events will contact you to discuss your freight requirements and specific onsite needs for each leg in the coming weeks and have provided links below for you to complete your freight requirements.

Onsite Logistics
GEL Events will be operating the forklift service and pallet jack requirements during bump-in and bump-out to assist with all materials handling required. These are provided free of charge by Bunnings as a service to suppliers/exhibitors. You must request an unload and reload time with GEL Events staff to minimise congestion.
In an effort to ensure your freight is handled safely and appropriately, please note you will be required to advise of your onsite requirements, including of additional de-crating and/or storage of empties. It is compulsory to complete this prior to the expo.
Storage
There are limited on-site storage facilities at the expo, this includes any replenishment stock that you may need. It is recommended you consider your storage needs (packing materials, crates, etc.) for the duration of the exhibition.
Exhibitors may not leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the show. GEL Events will manage all storage requirements during the Expo. For any special needs, we strongly encourage you to discuss your requirements in advance with GEL Events to avoid disappointment or additional delays with setup and dismantle.
