Hotel Allocations 2025

This year's GG attendees will be accommodated in three hotels in the Los Angeles Downtown Area. All hotels are located within walking distance of each other and LA’s downtown area. Two nights twin share accommodation will be provided from Friday 11 July, 2025 to Sunday 12 July, 2025. Some delegates may have an additional night due to their nation's group flight schedules. Please see further below for FAQ's.

Share Partner FAQs

I want to share a room with another delegate.

You will have the opportunity during registration to advise your preferred share partner. Please advise their passport name. Twin share partners must be staying the same nights (if you are staying 3 nights due to your group flights, your share partner must also be staying the same nights due to travelling on group flights on the same dates or the whole nation staying those nights).

My share partner and I have both qualified and want a King/Queen Room (i.e. one bed).

Select a TWIN room during your registration and in the “Share Person” box, please enter your partner’s name with "partner" in brackets, e.g. Share Partner: James Smith (Husband, FCTG Winner). Ensure you also indicate in the Special Requests box that you want a King Bed Room. The Global Gathering Team will manually change your room type once your registration is received. Please note that due to availability you may be allocated a room with two queen beds.

What if I want to change my share partner after registering? 

Should you wish to change your room share partner, you will need to email the change in writing to gg@fcmtravel.com.au before midnight on Friday 27 June 2025. After this date, no further changes will be accepted. NB Twin share allocation (i.e. share partners) will be allocated to those delegates travelling same dates only.

What if my share partner cancels their attendance at the last minute? 

A new share partner will be assigned. Alternatively, you may email gg@fcmtravel.com.au to arrange to pay a single supplement (subject to availability - see the Own Room/Single Supplement information below).

I’m bringing my friend / family member / partner to Los Angeles – can they stay in my room?  

Yes, however you will need to book your own room. See the ‘Own Room/Single Supplement FAQ’s’ below for information regarding bed configuration and other details.

Please note: Family, partners, friends and non-qualifying staff are not eligible to attend any official Global Gathering Events. 

I would like to check-in early/secure a late check-out?

Early check in can only be guaranteed if you book and pay for a room for the night prior to your arrival. Late check outs can only be guaranteed if you book and pay for a room for the night of your departure. See below for information regarding booking extra nights. Otherwise, baggage storage will be arranged for the group, and we recommend packing a day pack for use when your room is not available.

I would like to extend my accommodation.

The Global Gathering Team will not be managing hotel extension bookings. You can book extension nights either directly with the Hotel or through any other preferred method. To limit the possibility of having to change rooms, it is best to advise in your booking that you are extending to/from the Flight Centre Global Gathering event.

Hotels are not holding any pre/post nights for Global Gathering attendees.  To avoid availability disappointment, we recommend booking any extension nights as soon as possible. It should be noted that the FCTG America’s Ball will take place on Sunday 14 July and availability at Global Gathering hotels will be tight.

Own Room / Single Supplement FAQ's

Twin share accommodation is provided for all attendees for two nights from 11-13 July 2025. There are a few nations that will be provided with an extra night due to flight schedules. Single rooms (King or Queen Bed) will be available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis when you register on-line to attend the event.

A Single Supplement cost AU $250.00 per night is applicable, and if selected will be payable immediately at the time of booking by Credit Card. Pre-tax salary sacrifice and myRewards as payments are not an option.  THIS PAYMENT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Twin rooms with 2 x beds are currently being reserved for the main group. You can request a twin room on the registration site, however, depending on your hotel and demand for single rooms, twin beds will likely not be able to be confirmed until everyone has registered (Tuesday 1 July 2025). If you would like to guarantee your own room with two beds prior to this date, we recommend booking your own accommodation. If you choose to do this, you will not be reimbursed. 

Please Note: Breakfast is not at the hotels this year. Any hotel breakfast is at your own expense.
