Group Flights
Group Blocks are with Emirates Airlines. Travel is in ECONOMY class only, there are no group seats in premium economy or business class.
Due to peak season in the USA, group blocks are return flights only. You cannot book one direction on the group flight block.

No changes are permitted to the group flights
Frequent Flyer Memberships
Please provide your Frequent Flyer information during the registration process. Please note however that points may not be accumulated on group flights.
Preferred seating is not available on the group flights, you will need to manage this directly on the airline's website via Manage Booking.
Accommodation
This year 4 nights accommodation will be provided in Los Angeles, Thursday 10 July to Monday 14 July.
TWIN SHARE partners will only be allocated to delegates staying in Los Angeles on the SAME nights. Single supplement upgrade (own room) is an available option.
Changes to bookings after registration
No changes are permitted to flights after registration has been completed.
