Global Gathering Dates
Friday 11 July - Sunday 13 July
All flights for Global Gathering 2025 will be managed by the FCM Meetings & Events team. You MUST complete your registration first and then email the FCM M&E team at fctgevents@us.fcm.travel to confirm your flights.
With the AMERICA’s Ball being held in Los Angeles after Global Gathering (Sunday 13 July), if you qualify for Global Gathering, the FCM M&E Team will manage your flights for both events.
If you book your flights to America’s Ball and then qualify for GG25 (Global Gathering), you must contact the air team and they will arrange the change of flight dates.
Please note: Booking a new ticket / airline if your America’s Ball travel has been confirmed is not permitted, you must retain the existing ticket, and the team will manage the changes to accommodate Global Gathering.
If you plan to attend Global Gathering but NOT the America's Ball, please advise the FCM team.
For those who require different travel dates for the main event (Global Gathering), this is permitted. The cost of your preferred flights will be compared to the lowest logical fare in/out of Los Angeles (LAX). You will be responsible for paying any fare difference in USD + a 4% administration fee.
Delegates must arrive in Los Angeles by 2pm on Friday 11 July and may depart anytime from Sunday 13 July.
For changes after completing your registration, an administration fee of $55 will be charged to the delegate via credit card plus any airline fee or airfare difference.
For preferred seating you will need to manage this directly on the airline's website via Manage Booking, charges may apply.
Please advise airline membership details at time of requesting your flights with the FCM M&E team.
