Asia Travel Dates

Depart Los Angeles: Sunday 13 July
This year for the event there is ONE group block departing from Singapore Airport. If you are flying from any other city, please select OTHER AIRPORT in the registration process and the GG team will book your flight as required.
The Group Block is ECONOMY class only, there are no group seats in premium economy or business class.
Due to peak season in the United States the group block is a return flight only.

There are no changes permitted to the Group Flight.
Extensions may be granted on an exception basis only, as business needs will be considered. These requests will need to be approved by your ATF/GM. There will be a budget allowance and any cost over the budget will need to be personally funded by you. If you are departing from Singapore and desire and extension, please select the main group flight and note your request in the box below. The GG flight Team will be in touch.
Delegates must have full travel insurance coverage for their travel dates. Additional coverage for pre/post travel must be personally funded. The business will arrange travel insurance for the event main dates.
Delegates will not be reimbursed for flights if they book and ticket their own booking through another channel without approval. Approval is required from globalgathering@sg.fcm.travel.
Regional connecting flights will be booked for those travelling from other ports. If accommodation is required at an airport, the GG Air Team will manage this.
Frequent Flyer numbers will be collected on registration and be applied where applicable.
For preferred seating where payment is required, delegates will need to manage this directly on the airline's website via Manage Booking. Charges may apply.
Changes post ticketing may be permitted, airline fees, additional taxes and any fare difference will need to be personally paid by credit card to the FCM Groups team.
This year 3 nights' accommodation will be provided in Los Angeles, Thursday 10 July to Sunday 13 July.
TWIN SHARE partners will only be allocated to delegates staying in Los Angeles on the SAME nights. Single supplement upgrade (own room) is an available option.
