Group Flights

This year for main date travel there are two group blocks from London Heathrow Airport. 

Domestic travel to London from anywhere south of Manchester must be booked on the Duty Travel Portal. 

Group Blocks are ECONOMY class only, there are no group seats in premium economy or business class.  

Due to peak season in the USA, group blocks are return flights only so you cannot book one direction on the group block.

Deviations or Changes to Group Blocks  

There is a limited number of changes permitted on the Group Blocks and changes will be managed on a request basis subject to availability.

Any applicable fare difference and a change fee will be charged and calculated based on availability at the time of request to the airline.  

Manchester, Newcastle and Scotland ONLY - Regional flights to Los Angeles 

Please advise your preferred departure point on your registration by selecting OTHER AIRPORT. 

Domestic flights or rail to Heathrow 

Must be booked on the FCM Duty Travel Portal, including accommodation at an airport hotel IF required. Please select one of the group London flights on your registration and book domestic travel via the travel portal.

Seating & Frequent Flyer Memberships 

For preferred seating where payment is required you will need to manage this directly on the airline's website via Manage Booking. 

Own Arrangements / Extensions

For those who require different flights to the existing GG group blocks being held or outside the main dates for regional departures, select OWN ARRANGEMENT in the flight section. You will need to provide desired flight information in your registration so the GG team can manage your request.  

Approval is required from the Global Gathering team.  You will not be reimbursed for flights if you book and ticket your own booking through another channel without approval. 

No reimbursement will be made for individuals travelling economy point to point on dates that we are currently holding group seats (unless you have received prior authorisation).   

Changes to bookings after registration

Changes are not permitted after your registration has been completed.  

Changes to Group Blocks are not permitted.
