Flight information for Europe Delegates travelling to the 

Global Gathering – Los Angeles 2025 


Europe & UK Travel Dates  

Depart Europe: Thursday 10 July

Depart Los Angeles: Sunday 13 July 


Booking & Approval Process  

Flights for Global Gathering are managed by the UK FCM Groups Team. During the registration process you will need to provide the following information: 

  • Preferred Airport to depart & return to 
  • Travel Dates 
  • Preferred travel times (must arrive in Los Angeles by 2pm Friday 11th July) 
  • Any other information the team will need to book your flights to Los Angeles 

Travel is ECONOMY Class only  

You will not be reimbursed for flights if you book and ticket your own booking through another channel without approval. Approval is required from the Global Gathering team. 


Seating, Meals & Frequent Flyer Memberships 

The GG Air team can manage these requests. Please provide the information in the registration process.  

Preferred seating is not guaranteed and where payment is required, you will need to manage this directly on the airline's website via Manage Booking.  


Accommodation

This year 3 nights accommodation will be provided in Los Angeles, Thursday 10 July to Sunday 13 July.

TWIN SHARE partners will only be allocated to delegates staying in Los Angeles on the SAME nights. Single supplement upgrade (own room) is an available option. 


Changes to bookings after registration

Changes post ticketing may be permitted.  Airline fees, additional taxes and any fare difference will need to be personally paid by credit card.
