Can I extend my trip to Los Angeles?
For travel from Asia markets, a group flight has been arranged for Singapore.
No deviation will be permitted for those travelling on these group flights and FCM Asia will cover all accommodation and insurance costs. The group flights will be filled as priority before FIT bookings are permitted.
For markets that do not have group flight arrangements, Duty Travel will arrange FIT bookings at lowest logical fare and in line with our duty travel policy.
Group bookings will be supported in Singapore by the M&E team, we have set up an email specific to this - globalgathering@sg.fcm.travel
All other markets will need to book via their respective Duty Travel teams for flights and insurance.
Further updates on potential groups in India and China will be updated as needed.
Extensions?
Extensions may be granted on an exception basis only as business needs will need to be considered. These will need to be approved by ATF/GM. For flights, there will be a budget allowance and any cost over the budget will be covered by the attendee.
FCM Asia will only cover the accommodation costs for the 3 nights of the event (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and the travel insurance over that period. Attendees must have full insurance coverage for their travel dates, and they must pay for all additional accommodation and insurance costs associated with their extension.
Who is my travel authoriser?
Your General Manager is your travel and leave approver.
I am travelling from a regional port what is included?
FCTG will pay for your domestic/regional flights if required, pre departure or arrival home.
You will need to select OTHER AIRPORT when registering and provide additional information, the GG Air team will manage your requirements.
If you are not travelling on group flights and your flights do not connect on the same day, you will be responsible for the cost of accommodation.
When will I get my E ticket?
You will receive your E ticket information once ticketing of the group blocks has been completed. Due to the group sizes and registration staying open until early July this may not be until closer to departure (but before 48 hours of departure). The GG team appreciate your patience.
Can I choose a seat on my flight or request to sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can request a preferred seat as part of your registration and the GG team will do their best to accommodate your request, however this is not guaranteed.
Once your ticket has been issued you can arrange preferred seating directly on the airlines website by retrieving your booking, charges may apply.
