Own Arrangements

Own Arrangements may be available for those who require different flight arrangements to the existing GG group blocks or charter flight.

For those who want to book an own arrangement ticket due to upgrades or personal per/post travel the following criteria applies -

• You have fully qualified for Global Gathering 2025
• You have authorisation from your Team Leader / Business Leader to book your chosen dates (including any extension) and annual leave is submitted and approved.
• There are a limited number of own arrangements available, once you have completed your registration and request, the GG air team will be in contact with you.

Front end staff can hold their PNR (do not issue the ticket) and the travel team will manage ticketing and payment.

You may not be reimbursed for flights if you book and ticket your own booking through another channel without approval. Approval is required from the Global Gathering team.

No reimbursement will be made for individuals travelling economy point to point on dates that we are currently holding group seats (unless prior authorisation).
